Breathing in heated mint salt and rubbing the warmed-up body with salt. Mild oak steam bathing in horseradish steam.
Intensive steam bathing with oak whisks in eucalyptus steam and pressing hot steam with the whisks against the guest’s back, bronchi, and feet. Foot massage with kneading and tapping on the heels with a whisk stem. An invigorating contrast ritual called “A shirt,” i.e. wrapping the guest in a pleasantly refreshing cold sheet (the guest can choose another cold water treatment ritual).
