Steam bathing with a fan and pleasant aromatic steam from the four types of healing herbs: lavender, wormwood, sweet clover, and marjoram. An invigorating wash with a cool decoction of fragrant herbs and citrus fruits.
Intensive steam bathing with oak whisks in eucalyptus steam. Pressing hot steam with the whisks against the areas of your body that require special attention. An invigorating contrast ritual called “A shirt,” i.e., wrapping the guest in a pleasantly refreshing cold sheet.
Guests can choose between peeling their softened skin with a scrub based on Himalayan salt and farm-fresh honey and having a warm birch soap rub — soothing and revitalizing body rubbing with a birch whisk, which creates suds rich in oils and tar.
