We ensure the complete privacy of our guests: during your sauna session, only you, your guests, and our sauna masters will be in the bathhouse.
We provide our guests with everything needed for their comfortable sauna session, including premium-quality bathrobes, hats, linen swimsuits, slippers, and towels.
We ask all our guests for a full prepayment in order to successfully complete their reservation. You're welcome to choose your preferred payment method: pay the invoice, follow the payment link, or make your payment through a booking form on our website when booking a stay at our villa.
*We recommend our guests to make their reservation at least four days before their visit date.

If a guest cancels or reschedules their sauna booking more than 7 days before their visit date, all payments will be refunded in full.
- For cancellations or rescheduling less than 7 days before the visit date, we will refund you 50% of the cost.

We provide free parking for all Jagala Juga guests.
Our complex is located only 20 minutes from Tallinn, near the beautiful Jägala waterfall. To ensure the privacy of our facility, we send our guests the exact address after their sauna reservation is confirmed.
